  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    I sure do! All international packages are shipped First-Class Mail International via USPS. Feel free to contact me if you would like to request an upgrade to a faster method.

    Unfortunately, I cannot extend free or discounted shipping to international customers at this time due to high cost.

  • How much is shipping?

    Default Shipping Costs (in USD)

    US Domestic Class, Light/Small Item Group: $5.00
    US Domestic Class, Heavy/Large Item Group: $10.00

    Global Class, Light/Small Item Group: $15.00
    Global Class, Heavy/Large Item Group: $20.00

    Feel free to contact me for requests to upgrade a shipping option to a faster/more trackable method.

    Please note that as I am an individual, I do not get any discounts from shipping companies. I am unable to give significant discounts because it doesn't take much before I am actually paying money to "sell" an item.

    There are also usually increases in cost of shipping during holiday seasons which I cannot control.

    However, if you buy more than one item, only one shipping fee will be applied. It will be the fee of whatever is the heaviest/bulkiest item.

    (ex. A customer buys a t-shirt and a coat. They will only be charged for the shipping of the coat at checkout.)

  • When will my item be shipped from Apfel-Birne Shop?

    Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping from Apfel-Birne Shop. I do my best to ship out as quickly as possible. Let me know if you need me to ship quickly in order to receive an item by a specific date. You may need to upgrade to a faster shipping method as well.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

    International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. (Feel free to request upgrades to the Priority Mail International and Priority Mail International Express shipping options USPS offers for speedy delivery!)

    Again, I am an individual and cannot speak every language of every country I mail to in order to resolve post issues. I trust the mail system to do its job and most of the time it does! Most of my international buyers have had great success, but there is always room for errors in transit. If you are wary, I would suggest looking locally instead.

  • What are the measurements of XYZ?

    Most of the measurements listed in the product info section are from the brands that released the items. Some are measurements I've taken and estimates based on how they fit my frame.

    As I'm sure you know, sizing can be really subjective and a lot of times something which should fit on paper can look great one one person and odd on another in real life.

    If you have a question about sizing, feel free to contact me! I will do my best to measure the item in question in more detail.
